Programmes
The New Broom runs structured programmes designed to groom, educate, and empower young APC members across Ekiti. These include weekly virtual political training, mentorship from tested party leaders, the Omoluabi Leadership Track, and the 177-Ward Youth Grooming Model. We also promote civic education, internal democracy, and policy innovation—ensuring our members are not just active, but capable contributors to the party and society.

The programme decentralises leadership development by embedding mentorship, training, and mobilisation directly at the grassroots.

This programme educates young APC members on their civic rights and responsibilities as citizens and party members.
Omoluabi Leadership Track
It is anchored on promoting the Yoruba ethos of integrity, responsibility, humility, and communal progress.
Internal Democracy and Policy Labs
These labs allow young members to participate in mock congresses, policy debates, and party restructuring simulations.
